ORATORIO DI SAN LUDOVICO

I go into the space of the altarpiece: the architectural space chosen for the painting. It is the space par excellence for the painting. I conceive it as a large door, an opening. The cut that had initially happened inside the painting now corresponds to the space containing it. Painting and architecture correspond.
