Portrait of a friend

Series description and interpretation
Copies from Life
Drawing as a way of thinking. Painting also thinks, but unlike painting drawing from life looks outside. It is about understanding through the eye, watching and transferring onto paper what I see, understanding what and why my eye sees. Looking “outside of myself” in relation to “inside myself”, listening to and in harmony with the external and close reality.
