Painting for B.I.T.

This work is part of a project that I curated for the tourism fair in the trade fair pavilions in Milan. 10 artists, each with a canvas to paint. Standing in front of my pictorial space I open my arms as wide as I can. It is the width of my gesture that determines the signs. It is a space that is at times is semicircular and at others is circular. A full contact. Almost as though I were trying to place myself in front of the space. Then the body starts to move, to walk, and each time it tries to re-determine a frontal position.
