Fragment of painting. Cullet and water green

Fragment of cullet with fragments of layers of plasticine. The glass part comes from a glass chalcedony. The chalcedony is obtained by layering different colours of glass, pulling them, turning them, mixing them again. This glass technique, like mine for the “Stratifications”, is based on the superimposition of colours. This work derives from this association and similarity.

Stratifications with glass
One colour a day is sedimented one on top of the other. A stratified painting, a fragment of painting is placed next to a piece of cotisso glass obtained by melted stratification.
