Section for Sant'Erasmo

Strips of plasticine resting on bricks. My “Stratification” sectioned into lots of small slices, each 1cm thick, as if by a core drill, shows the history of the painting. At its side is the “empty canvas”, the wooden panel on which it is constituted. In the end, the painting is put back together on its original space.
