Work description and interpretation
24 sponges drenched in colour hanging on a nylon thread attached to a pole and contained in a transparent glass cylinder. The sponge as a symbolic element that soaks up the experience (“soaks up like a sponge”) and the sponge as a small thing that fits in the palm of your hand, allowing you to hold the colour in your hand.
